Short Term RV Site Rates
Rates include electric, water & sewer. Picnic table/fire pit at each site.
All sites are 30/50 amp. RVs must not be older than 15 yrs.
* Daily Rate:
$64 + tax (premium, concrete sites)
$55 + tax (premium, asphalt back-in sites)
$50 + tax (standard gravel back-in or gravel pull-thru sites)
$40 + tax (back-in water & electric only-dump station available)
* Weekly Rate:

*Standard Site Weekly Rate $300.00 + tax*
*Premium Asphalt Site Weekly Rate $330.00 + tax*
*Premium Concrete Site Weekly Rate $384.00 + tax*

Tent Sites
One tent per site/has electric, fire ring, grill & picnic table.
No car camping at your tent site. Tent sites are for recreational use and not an alternative form of housing. Must call office to book.

    Seasonal Stay RV Sites
    **Seasonal guests by approved application only**
    Seasonal site numbers are assigned by management. RV must be 10 yrs old or newer.  No aggressive dog breeds.
    Rates feature electric, water & sewer.
    * $525.00 + monthly metered electric (plus $75 elec deposit) for front sites

    *$750/month (plus $75 elec deposit) includes 1000 kw electric allowance for back metered sites

    Treehouse Rates
    "Brandon's Bungalow & Keaton's Hideout" Sleeps 6
    "Kendra's Kabin" Sleeps 4 (KK has a King bed & Queen Sleeper Sofa-No loft)
    BB & KH have a queen sleeper sofa, TV, dining table, kitchenette (microwave, toaster oven, hot plate, griddle, crock pot, toaster, coffee pot) queen bedroom with TV, bathroom with shower, games, gas grill, picnic table & fire ring.  Queen bed in loft.
     Includes bedding, towels, pool towels, dishes, coffee & kitchen accessories.
    There is NO stove in the treehouses.
    KK: $150/night + tax + 1 time $55 cleaning fee (2-night minimum)
    BB, KH & TV: $150/night + tax + 1 time $55 cleaning fee (2-night minimum)

    Cabin Rates      
    "Tara's Villa" Sleeps 6
    $150/night + tax + 1 time $55 cleaning fee (2-night minimum)
    2 queen bedrooms, queen sleeper sofa in living area. TV, kitchenette (microwave, toaster oven, hot plate, griddle, crock pot, toaster, coffee/coffee pot) bathroom with shower, games & gas grill. Includes bedding, towels, pool towels, dishes & kitchen accessories.

    "Sadie & River" Sleeps 2
    Queen bed, bathroom with shower, TV, microwave, mini-fridge, coffee/coffee maker, table & stools.  Includes bedding, pool towels & towels.
    $95/night + tax + $25 cleaning fee
